When should you use which channel?

For a standard booking, the online form is the fastest route: choose your vehicle, route and date, see the fixed price instantly, and receive an email confirmation within a minute. Departing within 24 hours? Call or WhatsApp us — that way you know everything is arranged right away. For quotes from municipalities without a fixed price list (like Aalst, Eeklo or Zelzate), WhatsApp is ideal: send your address, destination and date, and you'll get a fixed total within minutes. Businesses are best off emailing info@gentluchthavenvervoer.be for invoicing arrangements, corporate accounts, or regular transfers for staff and guests.

Changing or cancelling

Plans change — nobody understands that better than we do. Changing a booking (different time, different address, extra passenger, different vehicle) is free: just let us know as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp, and we'll adjust everything. Cancelling is handled smoothly too; the earlier you let us know, the better we can rearrange the schedule. Does your flight change time? You often don't need to do anything: we track your flight number automatically and adjust the pickup time ourselves.

How fast will I get a reply? Usually within minutes by phone and WhatsApp, day and night; we answer emails within a few hours. Do I get a confirmation? Yes, every online booking is automatically confirmed by email with all ride details and the total price. Does the driver speak my language? Our drivers speak Dutch, French and English. Can I request the same driver? For returning customers we schedule the same driver where possible — just mention it. Do you work on public holidays? Yes, 365 days a year, including Christmas morning and New Year's Eve, with no surcharge.

How your first booking works, step by step

Step one: open the booking form, choose your vehicle, departure point and destination, and watch your fixed total price appear instantly. Step two: fill in your details, date, time and flight number — for a round trip the return fields appear automatically, for a business ride the fields for company name and VAT number. Step three: click Book Now. You immediately receive a confirmation email with all details, and we add your ride to the schedule. The evening before departure we double-check everything, and on the day your driver is at your door five minutes early. Prefer not to type? The same three steps work entirely via WhatsApp or phone too — just tell us where and when, we'll handle the rest.

For hotels, B&Bs and businesses

Front desks in Ghent and the surrounding area book with us daily for their guests: one phone call or email is enough, confirmation follows within minutes, and the guest is greeted by name. Businesses can open a corporate account with monthly billing and a fixed point of contact — handy for recurring transfers for staff, clients and international visitors. Reachability during your trip

Your data, safely handled

The information you give us — name, address, phone number, flight number — is used solely to carry out and confirm your ride. It's never sold or shared with third parties, and afterwards we only keep what's legally and administratively required. Questions about your data, or a deletion request?
