At Ghent Airport Transfer, you always know exactly what your ride costs, upfront. On this page you'll find our complete, alphabetically ordered price list for every route and municipality we serve: from the classic Ghent–Zaventem run to the longer transfers to Amsterdam Schiphol and Paris Charles de Gaulle, and everywhere from Beervelde to Wondelgem. Every price is a fixed total per vehicle — not per person — including fuel, tolls and free waiting time at the airport. No meter ticking away in traffic, no night surcharge, no luggage fees: the amount shown here is the amount you pay.

The fixed rates below apply to a one-way trip between your municipality and Brussels Airport, in either direction. For a round trip, simply add both legs together; for other airports from these municipalities we'll put together a fixed quote within minutes via the booking form or WhatsApp.

What's included in the price?

Everything a transfer should include. Pickup from your home, hotel or office — even in Ghent's low-traffic city centre. The full ride with fuel and all toll costs, including the French péages on the way to Paris. Help loading and unloading your luggage. Real-time flight tracking, with your pickup time automatically adjusted for delays. Free waiting time at the airport, and on arrival pickups your driver waits for you in the arrivals hall with a name board. Child seats and booster seats are provided free of charge too; just mention the children's ages when you book.

Per vehicle, not per person

Our prices are per vehicle. Travelling with four people in a minivan from Ghent to Zaventem costs €130 total — just €32.50 per person, less than many train tickets once you factor in dragging luggage around. That's exactly why a transfer is almost always the most affordable, and most comfortable, choice for families and groups. The sedan carries up to three passengers with three large suitcases, the minivan up to seven passengers with eight suitcases, and the Luxury Sedan offers first-class comfort for up to three travellers.

Round trips and business rates

Book both legs together and you'll get a fixed round-trip rate on the Ghent–Zaventem route: €230 with the sedan and €270 with the minivan. For all other routes, the round-trip price is simply the sum of both directions — and your driver automatically tracks your return flight. Businesses receive a proper invoice with VAT number; for recurring trips we're happy to set up a corporate account with monthly billing. Just ask via info@gentluchthavenvervoer.be.

How do you pay?

Cash or card with the driver, or on invoice for business clients. Because the price is fixed upfront, there's never any discussion or surprises: you confirm your booking, receive an email with the total amount immediately, and that amount never changes — not for traffic, detours, or a delayed flight. A family of five from Wetteren flies out of Zaventem on summer holiday: the minivan costs €130 there and €130 back — €260 total, or €52 per person for two fully looked-after door-to-terminal rides, child seats and flight tracking included. For comparison: two weeks of airport parking alone easily costs €180 to €250, before fuel. A consultant from Sint-Denijs-Westrem takes the sedan to Zaventem twice a month (€120): their employer receives one clear invoice with VAT each month. Comparing rates? Do it fairly

Comparing transfer prices online often means comparing apples to oranges. Watch for three things. One: is the price per vehicle or per person? With us, always per vehicle — with four travellers, you divide the amount by four. Two: what's included? Some providers charge tolls, luggage, night rides or waiting time separately; with us, all of that is included, even the French péages to Paris. Three: is the price guaranteed? A "from" price that turns out higher on the day isn't a fixed price. Our confirmation email states one total amount, and that amount is binding — on us, not on you: changing or cancelling stays flexible. That's how a price list should work: clear upfront, correct afterwards, no asterisks in the small print.
